Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the RunVPN apps and services. By downloading, accessing or using RunVPN, you agree to them.
1. The service
RunVPN provides a virtual private network that encrypts your connection and routes your traffic through our servers to protect your privacy and keep your access stable across devices.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for activity that takes place under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are offered on a subscription basis. Where you subscribe through an app store, billing, renewals and refunds are handled under that store’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel renewal in your store account settings.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use RunVPN for unlawful activity, to infringe others’ rights, to send spam or malware, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to resell the service without authorisation. We may limit the number of simultaneous devices per account.
5. Service availability
We work to keep the service fast and available, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Intellectual property
The RunVPN apps, brand and content are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or software beyond the licence to use the service.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or where required by law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
